While this book has some good looking recipes, it is really poorly translated. Any inexperienced cook will be baffled at times by "coriander leaves" and the way sentences are structured in the directions. Also, as for the weight loss part there is no real guide or structure. They give you a daily menu but give no links to the food, so you have to go through the whole book to find them. This book is more work than the average person is willing to put in.

I looked at every recipe in the book (there are 100) and they all look appetizing. I usually reject about half of the recipes in most diet books, but these look like winners. Franky, it reads as though it were written in another language and Google was used to translate it. Or Facebook. I don't believe any of the information contained within its pages is trustworthy since the editing is so lax.
I picked up this book because I am re-examining the food I eat to be healthy and fit. I have long believed that we as a society eat far more than we need to be well, and that we need to retrain ourselves to go back to basics.
