Author Bodie Thoene with over 70 works of historical fiction This incredible book helps show us the wonders of God's great love and plan for us from the very beginning of creation. If you want to glimpse great and holy wonders, I highly recommend this beautiful book. It is for you who want to explore the unknown beauty beneath the surface of the deep waters of Torah. It is for you who long to climb the branches of the tree that reaches from earth, high into heaven's glories.Tyler Dawn Rosenquist author with Ancient Bridge Publishing Dinah Dye teaches and writes like a woman--in a warm and vibrant way that shows her deep and abiding love not only for the material she presents but for the reader as well. Far removed from scholars who write merely to impress and pontificate, Dr. Dye imparts both wisdom and knowledge in her beautiful account of how the Temple is Revealed in the Garden.L. Michael Morales Professor of Biblical Studies Greenville Presbyterian Seminary: As with the parabolic style of the Midrash, Dinah Dye's writing conveys profound truths through simple narratives, condensing ancient wisdom and the latest scholarship in a form that is both digestible and a delight to read.

About the Author

Dr. Dinah Dye was raised in Ottawa, Canada, in a conservative Jewish home. She attended Hebrew school, celebrated the festivals with her family, and enjoyed summers at an Orthodox Jewish summer camp. Dinah spent her teen years and early twenties deeply involved in the New Age movement. During those years, she came to the belief that truth would be based on three things: it would be easy to understand, it would be for everyone, and it would be based on love. She met that truth in 1979 in Yeshua (Jesus) the Messiah. Dinah immediately recognized the importance of connecting the Gospels and the Epistles to their proper foundation in the Torah (first five books of the Bible). That understanding eventually led to the creation of her ministry Foundations in Torah. Dr. Dye holds a DMIN in Hebraic Studies in Christianity and has been uncovering Hebraic connections for nearly 40 years. Dinah's teachings are available in audio and video formats from her website. She speaks regularly at conferences and for local congregations throughout the United States and internationally. Dinah's real passion is to help students of the Bible research and understand the Hebraic nature of the New Testament Scriptures. Much of Dr. Dye's research revolves around the Temple. She suggests the Temple is the framework for the entire Bible and holds an important key for bringing unity to a fractured community.

While this book offers up some good insights I caution the student of scripture. THIS book is WHY all need to know their bibles from front to back and read again and again and again in order to KNOW when something does not ring quite right. CIP: page 137 about mid page where the author states that "G-d promised Israel He would gather the nations....that God would take Gentiles for priests and Levites....."This does not align with Scripture. I have several different translations and looked up Isaiah 66:21 and it does NOT say that at all.I've been a serious student of the Bible since about the mid 80s, I have read countless other works and ancient writings always with the bible alongside for proofing.I can't tell from her style of writing whether this is her own opinion or she has ad-libbed from another work. Either way, reader/student BEWARE!!! Always FACT check your Bible whenever reading anything outside of the Bible itself. ALWAYS!!!

Very rarely do we have at our fingertips a guide to thinking anciently, beautifully, and functionally. In this riveting book, all three paths are accessible to traverse. I so enjoyed this book. As an academic endeavor, it delivers a plethora of resources in an extensive bibliography for a book under 200 pages. As a history book, it persuades with factual Ancient Near Eastern concepts. These concepts, while unspoken in the biblical text, bring functional life to many passages that we usually treat as mere hallways to "bigger" events. As an outreached hand beckoning us deeper into the Sanctuary, this book teaches us to interpret the ancient texts through the eyes and ears of ancient understanding. Discussing the temple, temple language, and temple patterns that weave the entire Bible together, this book sheds light on content we took literally and upgrades your knowledge by demonstrating the greater beauty of its functionality. The pacing and flow of this inspiring work sets the reader at ease while challenging them to return to the garden with an open heart to investigate the holy ground from which spiritual life begins for those who seek the covenant with the One and only True G-D, our King of Kings. Don't miss this work by Dr. Dye. If you haven't read volume 1 about Creation, read that first and then dig into this one. I'm jealous if you are getting to read them for the first time. Looking forward to volume 3 already!

This book will open your eyes to the pattern of the Temple throughout Scripture. What is markedly different about this book from many others you might read about The Temple is the Ancient Near East context added and the idea that the pattern for the temple began.....in the Garden! I realize that is what the title reveals, but this is a true "ah ha!" moment for believers who have never thought in this way before. I would suggest starting with the first book in the series, The Temple Revealed in Creation and then read this one. So much information in here!!

Having read Dr. Dye’s Volume 1, The Temple Revealed In Creation (Highly Recommended), the author continues to trace life inducing Biblical themes from start to finish. She helps readers to discover the patterns of Biblical truths and then constructs a framework that helps us to better understand The Creator’s Created Order and Redemptive Order, which is exactly what the world (and sometimes the Church) is missing! First, the storytelling style is one of the main appeals of the book, which makes it an enjoyable read. Second, through her own lifelong study and quest to understand the Master of the Universe, readers are taken on a journey into a world that has been lost by post-modern culture and pervades the Church today. This is a voyage into the past of viewing the Biblical narrative through the lives and lens of the ancient Near East! Contemporary issues and the social ills of this world (Olam Hazeh) are addressed as well with a glimpse into a hopeful future (Olam Haba) that diminishes the distance between humanity and the presence of Adonai! Finally, as a seminary graduate, it is refreshing to hear once again certain lost Biblical concepts. Terms and truths such as gardener, soil, seed, fruit, and image-bearers are revived accurately. These all speak of SERVICE to the King and the FRUIT that is produced by that service! I asked, “what do the Temple and priests have to do with farming?” The Temple Revealed in the Garden: Priests and Kings connect Temple imagery and priests with these agriculture concepts. The text paints a complete picture that helps us understand God’s relational redemption is not just about “me” getting to go to heaven but that He is restoring ALL that was lost…including wisdom! One quote in the book worth mentioning here, “When Yeshua the Messiah, who is the representative of Israel, fulfills his redemptive work, then the exile of all humanity will be over.” Enter & Enjoy!

I love this book and the understanding it brings to the Ancient Near East. I have read a few books by John Walton which introduced me to this concept and Dinah’s book was the icing on the cake. The function of the Kingdom is something that is not taught in mainstream theology along with Temple and Creation language. This book is something that I will read over and over again as the scales slowly fall off; the depth of howthe cosmos works has become spiritually life changing.

I have purchased both of Dr. Dye's books -The Temple Revealed in Creation and The Temple revealed in the Garden. For me ,it was life changing. I never looked at Scripture through the lens of the Temple. Scripture makes alot more sense to me now. I almost didn't purchase because the subject and learning about the Temple and all it involves was always intimidating to me.I highly recommend them to anyone who has wondered about the Temple but felt that this subject was just for scholars. Dr Dye's books were easy to read and understand. These books will give you a renewed sense of wonder and awe of our Creator. I feel that Dr.Dye has truly honored and glorified YHWH/Yeshua the Messiah in these 2 books . I'm looking forward to book 3 in the Temple Revealed series.
